Free birth (or unassisted birth) is a birth without medical professionals, where the mother trusts her body and physiological process. Safety depends on personal education, preparation, and the unique circumstances of each birth.

➺ What is a Lotus Birth?
A Lotus Birth is the practice of leaving the umbilical cord and placenta attached to the baby until it naturally detaches, usually within 3–10 days. This process allows for a gentle transition from the womb to the outside world, honoring the baby’s full connection to its life-giving organ.

We honor each woman's choices, but Wholy Mother is a space for those who align with natural birthing principles. We work with mothers and families who seek sovereignty in their birthing process. If you are planning a hospital birth or do not align with nature-led, interference-free birthing, this space may not be the right fit for you.

Holistic parenting is a way of raising children in alignment with nature’s rhythms, ancestral wisdom, and the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the child. It includes natural health, conscious discipline, and fostering deep connection.

Yes! We deeply value the role of fathers and offer insights and resources for conscious fatherhood and masculine leadership in family stewardship.
